We live in a world where the young are reaching higher, dreaming bigger and demanding more; a world that is challenging the limits of hope and possibility. Nowhere is this more strikingly visible than in Bangladesh – a country that wakes up every morning a little younger in age, but infinitely more ambitious in spirit. Bangladeshi demographic transition is an extraordinary moment in world history. Today, over 70 million young people, or more than 1 in 2 Bangladeshi, are below the age of 25. In 15 years, this number is set to touch 100 million, making Bangladesh the big community in the world.
